Guardian Homes

In an attempt to ensure that all of our breeding dogs have loving forever homes we have instituted our Guardian Home program.  This way they can have their own families where they can be loved and spoiled.  Since this breed of dog is so loving and social keeping them in kennels would be cruel. The Guardian Home program is designed to prevent that.  If you live within 60 miles of Lutz, FL you may be eligible to become a guardian home for one of our Labradoodles in our breeding program. We retain exclusive breeding rights but the dog will be your forever pet.  We will bring the dog here to be bred and then the dog will return home to you until 1-2 weeks before she is due to have puppies. She will stay with us for 6-8 weeks until the puppies are weaned and then go back home to you.  We usually retire our breeding dogs between 4-5 yrs. of age, then the dog will be fixed and you get to keep the dog forever.  The basic requirements are that you must own your own home, have a fenced yard, be willing to work with our breeding program, and provide lots of love to your dog.  If interested please contact Susan@shekinahlabradoodles.com.
